The PNG file has no background, the holes are fully cutout. Download and upload these files into Design Space. The cut pattern will be in black on the Picture in Picture. Save and name as desired. Upload picture in Design Space canvas and resize the width to 8”. As long as the image is locked, the length will auto resize to 10.5” ( it’s okay if it’s 10.6”). Send file to Make It.

Verify the spiral hole cutout count on the desired notebook. Pen+ Gear have 2 different templates based on the number of spiral holes.

Our suggested covers:

- print on card stock

- use 3 mil lamination sheets

- cut 3 mil laminated covers using the Burlap, bonded setting in Design Space. Make sure blade is sharp, paper may dull blade.
